Robert Ward, ChFC, RICP, CLTC, FIC
Chief Executive Officer
Robert (Bob) Ward has held senior level planning positions for over forty years. He is currently Chief Executive Officer for Oaks Financial Services, where he concentrates on the issues that help people lead a worry-free retirement. Distribution, tax and estate planning issues are the major areas of Bob’s focus. He is one of only 100 financial advisors in the United States who is trained on the most advanced retirement distribution research from the noted retirement income distribution expert, Curtis Cloke.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Education from the University of Wisconsin – Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. He has held senior level planning positions with three fortune 500 companies and one Minnesota state agency. He has led the creation and development of three startup ventures.
Bob was one of the first persons in the United States to complete the “Retirement Income Certified Professional”(RICP) designation, which focuses on current strategies that will assist individuals on how to live a worry free retirement. He also has his Chartered Financial Consultant(ChFC) and Certified Long Term Care Consultant(CLTC) designations, and is licensed to sell life and health products.
Bob has led international Habitat for Humanity Builds to eight countries on the six different continents that Habitat for Humanity serves. He is also a board member for the University of Wisconsin – Stout Foundation, Hennepin Technical College Foundation, and has mentored a young man for over six years through the Kids “N” Kinship program. He has been married for over 40 years to Shelley, and they have three grown children and two grandchildren, who all live in the Twin Cities.

Dennis R. Beck, CLU, ChFC
President and Chief Marketing Officer
Dennis has over 40 years of experience in managing and directing financial consultants in helping clients reduce taxes, increase income, increase their net worth, and asset protection. Dennis has conducted seminars in all these areas. He believes in operating with high integrity, professionalism, and loyalty among his peers, personnel, and his third party alliances.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the National College of Business in Rapid City, SD. He has held positions in management and personal production in the insurance and securities industries. Dennis has his CLU, ChFC, CEP designations, and is licensed to sell life and health products.
Dennis has pursued excellence and knowledge in all of his career pursuits. His vast knowledge of advanced insurance underwriting and training, together with his agency building experience, represent the precise combination to execute the duties and capabilities needed to be a successful advisor. He specializes in creation, preservation, and distribution of estates.
He is a member and past President of the Society of Financial Service Professionals in 2010/11, the National Association of Financial Advisors, Certified Estate Planners, and Friendship Church. He has served on committees of the American Cancer Society, the Wilder Foundation, Minnesota Foundation, and The Foundation Network.

Director of Administration and Strategic Partnerships
Dan has held senior sales, administration, and management roles in various industries. These include Private Equity markets, information technology, and home improvement frms. He has been a Certifed Facilitator for Soft Skill Training Programs focused on management, sales and customer service profciency. He has been married for over 20 years, and is very involved in the activities of his four children. He lives in Burnsville, Minnesota.
